I am putting together a blues band to play locally a couple times a month. At this point, we have guitar, harmonica, bass, piano/organ (female). We all sing. We need to add a drummer to complete the band.
We intend to push the blues envelope a little bit and include some R&B, roots rock, and even country, but all with a definite blues sensibility.
We do not require virtuosity, but we need a player who can groove, respect the music, and play well with others. Band experience is quite important.
We do not care about your age, gender, color, heritage, or religion. Anyone interested should be aware that we are not "youngsters," but we are not grumpy, either.
