I am 18 years old and live in Maumelle, Arkansas. I’ve been playing guitar/bass since I was 9. I used to play mostly acoustic and rhythmic, but in the past couple of years I’ve gotten really into lead guitar.
I also taught myself how to play piano/keyboard about four years ago and have gotten pretty good at it. Singing is something I’m not spectacular at, but am willing to try, even if it’s just background vocals.
I’d love to form an indie rock band—maybe even incorporating some classic rock in there—with people around my age (teens-early 20s.) I will be committed, but I am not planning on scrapping plans for college for a music career (unless things take off.) Regardless, I still would love to try forming a band!
