I first learned to play the drums when i was 13 yrs old. My brother tought me the basic 4 count beat and picked up on it quickly. After about a year of minimal advancement from the i didn't pick up sticks for like 2 years. I bought a drumset not to long after I 16 and ever since then the drums have been the most important thing in my life. My main influences would have to Jose Pasillas of Incubus and Ben Gilies of Silverchair I love the basic yet jazz sound that comes out when you combine the drummers styles
