I have been stuck in the middle of ass nowhere and decided I should try and incorporate my chops into a band of some sort. I am basically looking for a heavy oriented band that is still intent on having melody in the music. I would not consider myself a pro, but I am definitely not a beginner.

Influences:

Metallica (of course), Iron Maiden, Dream Theater, Coheed and Cambria (sort of), Judas Priest, Megadeth, Queensryche,....and other bands women don't like.
