REHEARSAL OR RECORDING STUDIO SPACE FOR RENT ON SATURDAY EVENINGS AND ALL DAY SUNDAYS
We offer a large studio space 30' x 30' with 10 foot ceilings, lounge/lobby area and bathroom for rent. The studio has two large windows for lots of light, or shades and curtains can be drawn for privacy. The space can be use for REHEARSAL or RECORDING. The space is available SATURDAY EVENINGS AND ALL DAY SUNDAY. Noise is not an issue since all other business in the building are closed during these times. We offer a convenient parking lot located directly in front of our main entrance.

Rates
If rental is for just a few hours, then the cost would be $30.00 per hour. If rental is ALL Day, 12 hours, then the cost would be $275.00.
