I moved here from NorCal during COVID in Summer 2021 and miss my HUGE network of jazz gigs and performers out west. I was used to gigging 6-10 times a month and played with many groups as an on-call sub as well as leading my own combo. I'm happily in a rock cover group at the moment but miss having a jazz outlet. Even if just to practice. Ideally gigs though. Bass is primary instrument but I love playing clarinet for a few songs per gig. I also need acoustic musicians for recording projects (I'm an active composer). Not available on the checklist, I also play Marimba.

EQUIPMENT
Pro gear across the board, fully equipped for anything thrown at me. I switched exclusively to passive basses and all-tube amps a few years ago, moving away from the Jaco-influenced era. I am currently hosting rehearsals at my newly-bought house. I have the gear to cover most people's needs.
