I grew up playing classical violin but have moved away from that with an interest in more indie rock, pop or folk styles. I've done everything from musical theatre to disco. I only started singing about 2 years ago but enjoy it very much. I have a lower range, a strong sense of pitch and pick up harmonies easily, I think my voice lends it self more to folk style music. I have done some touring and a little bit of recording but I've always been brought on board to add strings to a song here and there, usually with bands or artists that don't permanently have violin and just want a different feel for one or a few songs. Interested in NYC based gigs.
