I’m Matlock and I’ve been making music for over 20 years. Music is my love, my passion and therapy. I make records about everything. It helps my creative flow, to keep my music colorful and authentic. Keeping all my music original helps me stand out instead of fitting in. I want to invite people to my world to lock in , listen, and enjoy.
Background
I grew up listening to all kinds of music. I sang in church, school, and did talent shows. I was signed with an independent label that didn’t work out.It inspired me to start my own label. I got over 50 stores and was an independent success. Twenty years later after my first release I’m still creating records. I dropped four albums in the last six months and have so much more to come.
