New Braunfels Bass Player Looking To Create/Join Band. Would love to do a mixture of Blues, Classic Rock, Some Southern Rock and Americana. Not so much the Country leaning Americana but more with a Rock feel. Want to gig would love to gig every weekend.
Want to practice and become tight. Want to play songs that have not been worn out and played over and over. I am looking at songs by Mudcrutch (The Wrong Thing To Do), Party Right Here (Albert Cummings), Hippy Hotel (Blue Mountain), Would It Kill You (The Yayhoos), Like a Ball and Chain (Jackie Greene), The Weight (The Band), Mustang Burn (Jack Ingram), Stoned Faces Don't Lie (The Bottle Rockets), Runaway Train (The Bros. Landreth), Tonight The Bottle Let Me Down (As done by Damon Fowler), Outside Woman Blues (Back Door Slam) just to name a few. Mix it up, play some fresh music not heard every time one goes out to hear live music. Get Back (The Beatles) Let It Rock (As done by Bob Seger). Creating a band a playing songs such as those above is my dream and sometimes dreams do not come true so one must not limit oneself. I am looking fro a band that wants to stick around and practice and play out and have a great time. I am NOT hard to get along with, have good equipment and transportation. I am very into this so am extremely reliable.
