ABOUT

Hello! I am an accomplished guitarist living in Sacramento CA . I've toured all over the Western US with various bands, mostly cover bands, some small jazz groups and I've accompanied several jazz singers in small venues, both Brazilian and straight jazz standards. I played with the Chico State University Jazz Ensemble for 4 years in my college days. Right now I would be primarily be interested in forming a small duo or combo playing Latin and possibly Brazilian tunes with another guitarist and possibly percussion. I know that this is very specific but my cover band days are over and I just think we could play some small venues like wineries and such and get a good response. I don't mind travelling to rehearse but probably not more that half an hour each way from North Sacramento or at my house.
