About 48 years ago I played a drum kit in garage bands as a teenager including a few high school concerts and community dance events, then later the congas in small clubs with friends for drinks and food, and we were paid from time to time. At the time I played mostly for the thrill and the fun. For the last approx. 3 years I have had the opportunity to play congas and bongos for special events and clubs and other both for fun and fun+professional.

Influences
I am influenced by all music, but my preferences are Blues, Jazz, Latin, Folk, Indy, Rock, Reggae, and Americana. I am open however to any opportunity to play, and am grateful to try almost anything.
