I like the more experimental genres of music so I'd like to work with people who are trying to do things a little differently. I am primarily a guitar player but I get inspiration from a lot of non-guitar driven genres of music as well as other stringed instruments from around the world. I am a strong songwriter and I often incorporate elements from various genres and styles into a single project.

I like a lot of post hardcore music especially from bands like At The Drive-In, Fugazi, Unwound, Cursive, Drive Like Jehu, Quicksand, Glassjaw and The Blood Brothers
I strongly enjoy prog rock bands such as King Crimson, Yes, Genesis, The Mars Volta and Rush
I also am heavily inspired by math rock groups such as Don Caballero, Battles, Hella, Polvo, Botch, The Fall of Troy, Minus The Bear and many others
I like to listen to a lot of techno based albums from groups such as Sweet Trip, Daft Punk, Everything But The Girl, Massive Attack, Basement Jaxx and a whole bunch of artists who appear on compilation albums I listen to
