I'm looking for a few things. There's a singer that I've noticed noone really knows. you only really here her music in comercials and I really want to start a Nikka Costa Tribute band. I have voice but no band. Some of you may know who i'm talking about, some of you may not. This is a singer that I admire and love the sound of her voice. I pretty much have a voice like that. it's soulful and amazing and goes great with funk rock,jazz,etc. anyone interested, i need, bass,trumpet,sax,guitar,drums,and keys. pretty much the whole band,lol.....HELP!! i'm looking to start gigs soon. I know all the songs and i'm pretty sure any good musician can pick it up quickly. hopefully after that, I can start writting original material and get some tracks recorded in my brother's studio. He has his equipment to help me if need be.
