From themes of growing up to doubting what the future may hold, Boston-based Pop Punk band Motionyear curates tracks that color in the transitional periods of our lives. Often classed as "throwback" but focused on keeping things modern, Motionyear collides the old and new to create something truly timeless - explosive songwriting, infectiously catchy vocals but with a raw edge that puts vibe front and center.
Motionyear's beginnings trace back to their formative years when they were known as 'Quiet Like A Thief'. Since then, they've gone on to be featured in reputable media outlets, including New Noise Magazine, Substream Magazine, Alternative Press, Outburn Magazine, Loudwire, and more.
Motionyear is sitting on a solid discography of successful singles mixed by Alan Day (Four Year Strong). Their forthcoming release 'Disarray' lands soon, with engineering and production duties attributed to Pete Adams. Head to their to stay up to date with all things Motionyear.
