I have found it nearly impossible to find people with similar musical goals, so I'm trying to be as clear as possible! :-)

I am primarily a lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist and songwriter.

Ideally, I am looking for people interested in rock music who want to start a band and collaborate. I have found this to be extremely difficult.
It would be great to meet other people who have two or more of the following qualities:
1. Interest in creating and performing original music
2. Songwriting ability: If they hear an unfinished song, are able to write accompanying music for their particular instrument. Creates their own songs. Able to work together to create songs.
3. Singing ability: able to sing harmony.
4. Self-motivated musicians who love music and practice/play out of love not out of self-interest or for ulterior motives

I am primarily a lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist and songwriter.
I enjoy covers but I would prefer to do a mix of original songs and a few covers.
I like playing acoustic gigs and I like rocking out. I like to meet other musicians.
