I have played with various bands in the Cleveland/Akron area. I'm best at playing music that requires controlled dynamics and a steady beat. (I am not Keith Moon) Although I've had my share of bands where my job was to play as fast and loud as possible; that is not what drums is about to me. I prefer to play music that is “musical” and requires a “musical” drummer. I’m probably not the best drummer you’ve ever heard and certainly not the fastest or loudest but, I can hang with just about anything. I am especially good at coming up with a tasteful drum part on the fly, even in odd time signatures. If you’re looking for someone who is showy, I’m probably not your guy but, if you need someone who will get things accomplished quickly and tastefully I might be worth looking into.
