I am an original singer/songwriter with 20+ years of recording and touring experience. I sing lead vocals and play rhythm and lead guitar, primarily. I am very proficient at bass guitar and ukulele as well. I have a full catalog of established written, recorded, and published material. I just relocated to Brooklyn, NYC from Portland, OR and I'm looking to play/collaborate with established like minded musicians that are professional. I won't waste your time and I am extremely professional and responsible. I am mostly looking for musicians to back my original material but would be happy to collaborate a new project or even play in an established band also. The ways I write and also my ideal sounding project would sound like raspy Sam Cooke soul style vocals, Beach Boys quality harmony backing vocals, slick and classy dirty delta blues riffs, with a folk story telling undertones iwith meaningful lyrics, with an extremely tight heavy bass and drum groove, in the pocket. Lots of air to breathe. Music that makes you feel.
