Songwriter starting a band. Lately, I am moving away from writing worship songs and am writing more songs that challenge churchgoers and speak to the hurt that so many people experience within a church environment.
I like to start writing lyrics and melody without an instrument. After a song is mostly finished, I will find a melodic and chromatic bass line that complements the main melody.
I'm looking for musicians who can work together to write some compelling arrangements for live performance. If you also write songs, all the better!
I'm not looking for serious commitment upfront, but I'm more interested in test driving different scenarios to see who I can groove together with.
