ABOUT

Decent rock/punk drummer looking for a local band to play some music :)
Currently drumming with Soy. (info below) but we don’t get up to much since our singer moved to Maine.
I think I’m just ok, I’m mostly self-taught and not the most technically skilled. Everyone I know tells me I’m too humble. I’ll leave that for other musicians to judge.
I travel frequently for work (environmental remediation) so I’m probably not gonna be able to meet strict schedules or high levels of commitment. I’m also just in it for fun, it would be cool if I make money off of this but it’s not my goal.

I don’t usually think in terms of influences. I’ll try to fill it out later though so people have an idea of what I like to play :)

EQUIPMENT

Premier 3-tom kit (don’t know which one, going on 8 years)
Pearl snare with a paper clip inside for extra oomph
Various cymbals (Dream/Sabian/an old ride with roofing rivets)
Double kick pedal if you’re into that
Dirt cheap electronic set I use for practice (plus I can hook it up to guitar pedals for some noise stuff)
Looking to add tamb/cowbell attachment, 2 congas + bongos, maybe a djembe
