ABOUT

Hey! I’ve been singing and performing since I was a wee tyke, have been in amateur jam bands since high school, and had started as the lead vocalist for a cover band that played 70s-00s danceable rock and pop songs in Kitsap last year before I had to move away for a job. Back in Seattle and my experience practicing with that band was so fun - a group of talented musicians who just wanted to play fun music and make people dance - I’d love to make that happen again.

I’m a reliable alto and can switch easily between chest and a strong head voice. There’s a bit of a rasp at points due to some serious overuse a few years ago but I find it fits the style of pop/rock/soul I like to sing anyway. I picked up rhythm guitar as a teen mostly just to accompany my singing, but am happy to devote more practice to it if the right band needs more layers of sound.
