I'm a vocalist/guitarist/pianist with many years of experience in both original and cover bands. I need a bassist ("Colin"), drummer ("Phil"), atmospheric guitar fx guy ("Ed"), and multi-instrumentalist genius ("Jonny")
If you're familiar with Radiohead I don't need to explain much more. No, we won't be covering Pablo Honey.

EQUIPMENT
EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED:
for bass & drums, you'll just need basic, professional gear
for the "Ed" role, aside from guitars/amps, you'll need an absolute shitload of pedals and the ability to sit out a song occasionally without your ego being wounded
for the "Jonny" role, you'll need the usual guitars, amps, pedals, but also an ondes martenot (or something that can imitate it), and a modular synthesizer, or something that can imitate it. If you don't have these, you'd need to be willing to acquire them and learn to use them - they're pretty essential.
