Sergio Poventud is a well known percussionist in Southeastern Wisconsin with over two decades of experience. His career began as a young adult and has grown to be one of Milwaukee's most recognized percussionist. His high energy percussion performances continue to captivate audiences time and time again.

Today, his 13-piece highly recognized meringue and salsa band delivers an energetic sound and high powered rhythms that gets your feet stomping and fingers snapping. They have established a large following whether performing at clubs or major festivals. Orquesta Veneno's popularity makes them one of today's top Latin bands in Milwaukee.
