ABOUT

Ouida Franklin is an accomplished, international artist, that began her musical odyssey at the age of seven.
Ouida embraces a selection of influential vocalists and musicians in the Jazz, Gospel, Blues, R&B and Neo Soul genre as components of her own musical concept and legacy.
Ouida's music career has given her the opportunity to tour Europe, perform on Royal Caribbean with "Nothing But Excellence Cruises and Tours," perform with Grammy nominated Bobby Floyd and his trio of Columbus, Ohio and much more. 
Participant in the 2016 and 2019 Atlanta Jazz Festival 31 days of Jazz as lead vocalist with the Just Jazz Allstars and Swing Street Jazz.
Although born and raised in the Midwest, I'm a gregarious southern belle at heart.  Currently lead vocalist for Breath of Jazz, 2nd Line Atlanta and Swing Street Jazz. I currently perform once a month at Sweet Georgia's Juke Joint.
