I started playing bass around 22 years ago in California, and always synced up well with drummers. I played with a couple of bands and the first gigging band played the L.A. 90's ska/reggae scene (Whisky a Go-Go) Long Beach alot. Really though, I'm a singer, so I started playing rhythm guitar enough to sing with, and started an Irish/Punk bank called The Gobsh*tes, and we played for about 10-12 years. Various near-death experiences and Fox TV spots, later.... I'm in New Hampshire and I really want to find a group to play with. I'm a good singer, and I've been told I'm a good front-man. mostly, I have a dirty voice with some character. I can sing clean harmonies, but I like the Shane MacGowan/Chris Robinson sound. There needs to be some conviction there, and sometimes you just have to scream it out.

Really nice bigger body Carvin Acoustic (can't believe how nice it sounds for a Carvin) with an onboard pickup; A descent Sennheiser mic.; Vox modelling amp; American Telecaster; and old crazy Peavey bass I'll never part with.
