ABOUT

I an a musician and music instructor local to the Eastern Shore of Maryland who has been teaching and performing music for over twelve years. While primarily known as an electric and classical guitarist, I am a multi-instrumentalist with bass, piano, percussion, mandolin, banjo, upright bass, ukulele, and hammer dulcimer experience. After obtaining my Associate’s Degree at Chesapeake College, I attended Salisbury University where I majored in classical guitar and expanded my studies to audio production and technologies before graduating summa cum laude in 2017. Since then, I extended my teaching through Mike Elzey’s Guitar Studio while regularly performing with local artists such as Heavy Fred, Kat Parsons, Dell Foxx Company, Michael Waskey, I Saw Atlantis, Front Porch Orchestra, and No Go Romeo. I also often perform in local pit orchestras for musicals and various church services, and have performed with Salisbury University, the Tred Avon Players, Church Hill Theater, St. Mark’s United Methodist, and the Salisbury School.
