I play primarily guitar and bass but also sometimes drums and keys. My influences are fairly eclectic: rock, alternative, folk, jam band, progressive, jazz, funk, fusion, blues and many more genres too numerous to list here. I am not looking to do anything in the country or metal realm. I'm looking to put together or join a band focused on creating really good original songs and an intriguing live experience. The whole point of music is to create emotion within the listener. I would like to collaborate with other musicians that have a strong sense of what makes great music "tick"...arrangement, dynamics, rhythm, melody, harmony, etc... At the same time I don't want to get involved with another "writing project". The goal should be to put together good songs in a reasonable amount of time in order to get a full set list together.
