ABOUT

I'm a 28-year-old female alto vocalist and musician. I primarily enjoy singing, however, I also play ukulele and acoustic guitar on a more casual level. I generally only perform cover songs, although I would be open to collaborating with someone in writing music as well. I pick up melodies extremely quickly, and pride myself in my ability to pick out and replicate a vocal harmony of a song, or create my own.

I have performed with friends in the past, and by myself in a variety of locations. I started with my high school's yearly talent shows, and most recently have performed several times in variety shows held at Café 9 in New Haven.

I love performing, and I'm very anti-drama. I'm looking for a band or at least another person to jam with that is the same way!

Influences

Growing up, I was raised on classic rock from my dad, and alternative rock from my mom. I'm into all sorts of music, including but not limited to classic rock, punk, ska, pop, cross genres (I really love chap hop and electro swing... weird, I know), alternative rock, classical, new wave, and more.
