ABOUT

I eat sleep and breathe Music theory, style, technique, composition, analysis, improvisation. I'm 21 now and have been practicing 3- 12+ hours per day since about 15 years old. I plan to take every small step along the way to exploring and expanding upon as many Americana and World styles (which should cover LITERALLY everything) as an individual and as a member of a progressive and likeminded organization that will be known as a JAM BAND. I have lots of experience performing live covers and originals, and jamming on all ofd them. From Psychedelic rock to bluegrass to modal/free/latin/etc jazz to blues to funk to soul to neo soul to R&B to mild electronica/hiphop and rap, to heavier progressive rock with a composition focus, to sing alongs with deep Dylan-esque lyrics.

Basically, I am a front man for a jam band. Cone see me play with Dead Alliance of Buffalo to hear me on some Grateful Dead, or come jam with me while I play some Duane style slide and show you some originals, or finger pick some bluegrass. You'll know just who you're sitting with :) I put this first and foremost, like before my health and family. Im gonna tour and grow the fanbase, remaining open to feedback and trying tyo never let them down, until the day I die. Baby steps. Expand the radius within a days drive; don't tour so far that you cant come back at least once or preferably SEVERAL times a year. After all, this is a jam band, like half the fans should follow us to every show, right?

If you are talented, hardworking, weird, and plan to be in a JAM BAND like the Dead, Phish, and Allmans (and sooo far beuyond..) then youve found yhoure front man. Stevie Fleck. I can't wait to meet and jam with you. I want to play youre songs and let loose in improv as a group mind. I vibrate with resounding love and dance with fans as my smile and idiosyncratic personality beams through the night :) Not arrogant, just confident in my self awareness :) I have never hit a musical wall or left something not understood unless i want to. And I will teach you and our fans everything I know- i'm REAL big on passing the torch and keeping no secrets. I write alot of spiritual inspirational and quirky storyline lyrics that use literary archetypes too, I like to work hard on deep lyrics and stories. Peace Love and Tunes to all vibratory beings!
