Needing an accomplished guitarist to play Gypsy Jazz and Flamenco covers and original arrangements. Guitarist may share "first guitar" (i.e. lead) duties if he or she wishes. He or she must have good knowledge of common chords, but have at least above average rhythm abilities. Examples of TYPES of music to be performed include Vicente Gomez, Paco De Lucia, Django Reinhardt, and jazz songs-at-large/standards/pop set to a Latin beat/sound. This project may grow, but I wish to keep it relatively pure.
I currently play 2-3 times a week at a Mexican restaurant; with an additional element (i.e. the rhythm guitarist) the venues may expand. Contact me via : RD Red Dog Hebert.
