Roland is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and for more than two years studied with Joe Satriani back in the day when Satriani gave music lessons in Berkeley California.
When not playing music, Roland is a financial accountant/controller. He holds the following certifications; Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM), IRS Enrolled Agent (EA). He works as a financial consultant and tax adviser (tax preparer for corporation, individuals and partnerships). He resides in North Carolina with his wife, three unruly children, a very big golden retriever and two crazy cats.
