My name is Rowan Murtagh born and raised in Chicago. I play drums and have a set of lyrics written. I'm not screwing around i want to find some musicians i can connect to creatively and personally, create our own sound and take over the world. I know it might sound shallow and materialistic but i want to be a Rock star. Not specifically for the fame and money (although i would like some money for my music) i want to be that musician that has inspired and helped people through that tough part of life we all go through. We all have that band or bands that for whatever reason means something truly special to us and i want nothing more than to be in one of those bands

The ten artists that have influenced and inspired me the most are definitely Metallica, Motley Crue, Slipknot, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Ozzy, Guns N Roses, Halestorm and Queen
As for more contemporary stuff I am a big fan of early The Weeknd, Eminem, John Denver, The Stone Roses, REM, Nirvana, Foo Fighters and Adele
