Looking for a Drummer.
We have Keys and Bass player right now. We are writing original music and have originals that want to finish and record with a completely formed band. Will add Horns and Guitar after we nail down the drummer. Will be for the most part be an instrumental band that writes/ jams and plays some covers. May consider vocals if we find the right person later. The goal is to play mostly originals once possible. The styles are Funk, Blues, Jazzish, Fusion, Rockish, R&B etc. We are looking for someone who is isn't concerned making money right away. Original bands take more work. We are in our mid forties and experienced players. We have careers and want to focus on the music and getting decent gigs and do some social media shows/videos.
We are currently doing try outs for the next month or so. if you want to apply send me a message or hit my Cell at 317-690-8491. Before we schedule a jam we do need a initial call just to feels things out.
Tryst outs consist of showing up with no prior material and jamming. See if we can gel and improvise some stuff together on the spot. If that works well then we will move on to asking you to listen to a couple of things we are working on and see how you work through the parts with us etc. will also give you an idea of what where writing etc..
