We are a new band looking for some additional members. We currently have a drummer, keyboardist, and guitarist. We are in need of a bass play and/or a lead vocalist. We currently have a practice space (storage unit) in Doraville but most of us live in Sandy Springs area.
All current members have had previous experience in bands and gigging. The general plan for the band is to initially primarily focus on building our cover set let to start gigging as soon as possible (breweries, small events ,etc.) whilst spending some time on songwriting and originals. As time goes on and the set list starts to fill up, we plan to shift more focus onto originals.
For the covers our influences are very wide but sit along the alt rock spectrum. Some big names we enjoy are Blink-182, Foo Fighters, Fall out Boy, New Found Glory, Rise Against, Jimmy Eat World as well as plenty of top 40 artists from the early 2000's and present.
For originals we are looking more towards a more indie pop rock sound. Some influences include The Band CAMINO, WLDLIFE, Smallpools, Moon Taxi, The 1975, etc.
We're all in our mid to late 20s and hoping to find someone of similar age range to play with who has similar interests listed above.
We ask that you are able to provide your own transportation and for the bass player your own equipment as well.
