Playing the four main stage instruments since childhood. Experience level in order most to least: drums, guitar, bass, piano/keys, other. I am 30 yes old and I live in Ft Worth, TX. I welcome any genre, subgenre or bizarre concoction, assuming it's intriguing/entertaining. I am mainly looking for a drummer, bassist and possibly a guitar/keys/util type. I have gigged since my teen years, took a break recently and am now trying to revitalize myself. I have money and a day job, but the goal is to play out locally and grow, so long as all members are satisfied/not bored with what they do.
Preferences, not requirements:
The more vocals, the merrier, part of the time.
I'd prefer a female for vocals on one of the instruments listed, but I am fine with a bunch of dudes.
The more multi-instrumentalists, the merrier.
Quirky, unnerving, peculiar tastes and sense of humor are encouraged and may be rewarded.
Happiness, satisfaction, "loose" professionalism, reasonably decent skills/adaptability/learning speed are the primary important qualities but certainly not everything.
Boredom, compromising repetition and taking the wrong things too seriously are the enemies.
Overall, friendships and like-interests may be cliché but should not go out of style.
I can read decently and play by ear more than sufficiently.

Influences
Mostly different subgenres that pique my interest, usually have some ties to Jazz, progressive, acoustic, spastic or hyper punk, swampy or soulful blues, and certain types of folk and country. I grew up on rock of all kinds and then moved on to other genres.
