SEEKING

Band to Join, Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar.

ABOUT

Recording Engineer, Drummer, Keys. Starting a band and looking for members in order: Vocals, Bass, Guitar, Keys

The plan is to start with a few covers to get the group vibe and coordination, then start creating new songs. Would be collaboration of all involved to create new material.

Dead set of female vocal. Preferably two or three female singers if I can find the right people.

Currently considering the following for a few songs to get started:
Blanket (Imogen/Beck version), Cornflake girl(want to play keys of there is another drummer), Damaged (Plumb), Only happy when it rains (Garbage), Hold on (Sarah McLachlan), Decode(paramore), Sober(Pink). That should be enough to paint the picture. Of course song selection would be influenced by the singer(s) involved.

My experience: Started Keys when 8, Drums at 15, 3 years trumpet, and some flute. Grew up with Grand Piano, Hammond, and Rhodes in the house. Had recording Studio open to public for 4 years.

Drum chops are up by being in a casual 60's 70's band that is not serious. Few gigs a year.

Almost finished with patch bay/mixer/MADI system setup. The equipment prep needed for a good album. Would track but send off to pros to mix. I can track with the best of them, I can't mix with the best yet. Just over the 10,000 hour line as a sound engineer.

I work a day job as a steel designer. BSME Bradley U. Willing to leave engineering if I can make a living from music.
