I have been a professional entertainer for my entire adult life. I graduated high school and started gigging and never looked back. I have played thousands of gigs! I absolutely love it! For sixteen years I was the house entertainer at Steamboat Springs Ski Resort in Steamboat Springs, Co where I have entertained thousands of people. I also played in Vail, Co for 3 Winters and 3 Summers. Most of these years I have played at least 5 days per week doing anything from solo performances, duos, or full band shows. I have also played 15 Summers at resorts on beautiful Block Island, RI... 12 miles off the coast of Rhode Island. I play close to 100 shows every Summer out there.
I have an original album called Balancing Act produced by John Driskell Hopkins of the Zac Brown Band. I also have 16 original songs accepted by Pandora Radio. You can start a Pandora Radio station with my name Shawn David Allen.
I am looking to start a band with serious musicians only who are dedicated. I have played covers and originals my whole life and intend to continue doing so in a new band with the goal of becoming our own original act.
