I've been casually learning and playing guitar for the past few years, and am looking for a fun group of music-loving folks to continue that journey with. I've definitely got some knowledge and skill gaps, but am highly collaborative and a quick study to pick up new techniques and concepts. I also played drums for about 14 years, so I tend to build off of the drum beats.
I'm a metalhead and heart but really enjoy bringing inspiration and influence from other genres.
Looking for a fairly causal group to jam and possibly do some local gigs with for now; it's definitely a hobby and something I'm still learning!
