I am one guy who independently writes all of my songs. My process is banging out some riffs and then hooking up with different people I know recording engineers/(drummers) who can record me and add a respectable drum aspect to the mix. I then also write lyrics and do the vocals. I started this project a year ago but have been doing this for quite a bit longer. I’ve had band practices in the past with people from as far as the Louisville area and Parkersburg area but never really got this thing to take off yet. My goal is to complete the EP I’m working on, find good band members, then start playing some shows in the future and see where it goes from there. The single I have on Spotify, etc was recorded in E standard tuning. I have since started playing in Drop A but the style of my playing is very similar to what is recorded there.
