ABOUT

Hey there, so I'm on this site looking to start or join a metal band of some kind. Even though metal isn't always my favorite genre to listen to (certain kinds of techno, funk, and regular rock are also high on the list) metal is my all time preference for whenever I see a live show due to the high energy in the crowd. So far I've only dreamed of what it's like to get people moshing to your music. I want to try doing it for real now.

If you also are interested in creating high energy music people can headbang and smash into each other to, please message me =p

Also, if you want to check out my for any reason, it's at

Influences

I use to be a huge fan of corporate pop-punk, like green day and blink-182. Though I still occasionally like listening to the cali pop-punk style I have since moved on. I'm also a bit of a primus fan, though I'm already in a band that plays that mix of funky-rock weirdness. Anyway, my latest obsession is iron maiden, I'm pretty much an 80s metal freak, and would like the chance to play with a band that was also influenced by some of the 80s metal greats. Although really, anything metal is cool with me. I like a lot of modern stuff too, and although my current band is great, it's just not metal.

EQUIPMENT

Carvin Valvemaster 100watt Head w/ JJ's tubes and matching slanted cab

Traynor YCV50 (Blue) 50 watt combo amp w/ JJ's tubes and an avatar 2x12 cab

ESP F-50 Guitar (Cheap, but sounds and looks nice)

1996 Charvel Jackson (Made in japan; has a real nice clean sound. Though in my humble opinion the neck is wide as a butt and can be awkward to play)
