Influenced by music that draws from and incorporates a variety of challenging rhythmic and stylistic elements (African, Blues, Brazilian, Funk, Jazz, Latin, Motown, Reggae, Rock, Soul, World Beat), and requires a high level musicianship, improvisation, sophisticated layers of artistic depth, sensitivity to dynamics, effective use of space to allow the music to groove, and listening among musicians to allow the music breathe.
