I'm a "seasoned" bass player and sing, but bass is love. Many years playing music and feel blessed. Played full time years ago in traveling commercial rock & R&B/cover/recording groups, stopped for 26 years to raise a family. Have been back playing for 7 years. Rusty and enjoy every minute, and want to start a CONTEMPORARY JAZZ band. I'm ready to settle into what seems to make me happy at this stage. Nothing overly complicated. Just great grooves with great players over them.
I know there isn't much call commercially in this part of the country, but if it's good the word will get out. But please understand that I mostly want to play music that sounds great and feed our souls... If this sounds fun, please lets talk!
