41 year old bass player/vocalist seeking gig. SOME of my favorite artists are Rush, Webb Wilder, Thomas Dolby, The Cult, The Wallflowers, AC/DC, XTC, U2, the Rolling Stones, Van Halen, and various Brit rock, Americana, Alternative, Classic Rock bands. Many Many more than those listed. I'm looking for experienced musicians to form a band, jam, do a side-project, all/any of the above. I'm not available Wednesdays or Sundays (except maybe Sunday afternoon) for rehearsal. Most any other night is up for grabs. I have good gear, some PA. I also play acoustic guitar, and some electric rhythm guitar too. I've been playing most of my life and have been told that I'm a "really good bass player" for whatever that is worth. I do have a wife, kids, regular job (which I intend to keep) so I'm not looking to "get signed" or "go on tour". I'm just looking for a good working (even if it isn't working all the time) band that needs a bass player who pays attention to detail. Here is the fly in the ointment though, I'm not interested in doing gigs at bars. I'd rather do corporate gigs/events, coffee houses, restaurants, class reunions, private parties, receptions, etc. If you are curious as to why, I can go into that with you on an individual basis.

I'd prefer to gig 3-4 times per month, but it depends on the details/distance, whatnot.
