I am, for the most part, a rock drummer. I do play some blues and county and I have a Jazz groove or two. While I'm not a jazz guy, I lived and played in NYC for a few years and it left a mark on my playing style. I favor good clean stick work and cymbal sounds where you can hear the stick articulation.

Influences
Influences... Wow. I have a ton of them. I think I have learned something from every drummer I have ever listened to or spent any time with. Recently I have been enjoying Matt Cameron's work and am pushing myself to try to pick up some of Dave Grohl's more recent chops.
