looking for a established or forming band. i am also intersted in. I've had a lot of trouble finding and keeping bands together here in the central Ohio area as of late. I have at least 25+ pro exp and song's ready to go w/ vocal's including 10 recorded on my first CD.
I am a very Good Guitarist, writer w/decent vocals. I'm a good producer/engineer as well. I get along with people don't have an ego or substance problem's and have played with people on just about any level of skill beyond intermediate( I can form to people and really add to any bands sound.
I have 20+yrs of exp playing in club's from OH to LA and back. I specialize in Blue's/rock, Classic Rock 80's style metal & acoustic Ballads similar to eagles, Mellencamp & Petty.
I've worked in a world-class recording studio I helped construct and operate in Studio City for 3yrs.
The studio also had its own in-house Record Label; "Statue Records" and I worked on the A&R staff. And am tuned into what people want to hear. I'm presently looking to form or join an established band
I've played many clubs here in Ohio and elswhere over the years and many other venues around the Columbus area. Like I said most of the Band's here either fall apart or can't get past the small bar stage because of drinking & drugs, ego's ect.. That's why I left for Los Angeles in '82 and worked my way into that Studio. As a second Engineer I was privileged to work on a host of Artists Album's such as Queen Latifa, Lauren Hill, Gene Simmons’s The Gap Band, Tony Rich Project, Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince ect.. And some of the best producer there is like Bob"Mutt" Lange, Don Was and Dr Dre. I was supposed to record an album in partial payment for my work on the studio but fate intervened by being struck by a car in '92. And with no other option I came back to OH to recover. Later I got my degrees from the Recording Workshop in Chillicothe OH. It took me until 2002 to finally get the means to record my first CD.
