A sound-alike. We used ONLY the gear that was available in the 60's and I played the guitar. Most of Hendrix's nuances are there. It was a while ago.

The guitars were recorded with a Fender and Marshall stack simulator on my Boss effects unit direct into the board. A little chorusing, a bit of verb, and the right amount of overdrive and you got yourself some STP.
