ABOUT

I've been Jrummin regularly at multiple monthly FlashJam events/venues since January 2023*.

FlashJam (which is predominantly in venues south of Denver) offers musicians an opportunity to show what we've got to offer by playing with individual "FJ musicians." If there's a spark that coalesces the crew, you can then return at a later date as a "FJ Band."

I gratefully support and encourage the newbies that I get to play with knowing those first experiences can be daunting. Just know, you may potentially encounter the "few-and-far-between" ego brute amongst the many other contributing gemstones, through which there is no way around. Staying focused on your level of ability, knowing your worth, that you too have something to contribute, and that this too will pass, helps build the confidence to step outside your comfort zone and grow as the gem you are.

I am currently keeping fresh through these distant monthly FlashJam events, but would welcome the opportunity, up north here, to connect with something more sustainable. Taking my time, no rush, multiple creative outlets keep me busy. The ultimate attestation to the power of universal play has brought forth just what I need on April 24, 2024; much gratitude for said manifestation..
