we're a working original band. Proud of what we do. Nobody is quite like us. We are looking for a dynamic drummer with a keen sense of rhythm and feel. A blues background may not be the best fit unless you're also prolific outside the mainstream. A pro jazz player would probably be more capable of preforming in our realm.

Influences
Steely Dan, Thin Lizzy, Santana, Brian Auger... so many actually. We rock hard but with a sense of sophistication. All but a couple of our songs have words, so we're are not an instrumental jam band by any means. As the writer I like to incorporate beat poet style lyrics into a lot of the compositions.
Members Of Band
A Turquoise Noyz is a 4 piece. The lead singer plays double keyboards so we are plenty fat. The drummer has to move on so that leaves 3... keyboards/singer, lead guitar and bass. We are only looking for a new drummer.
EQUIPMENT
We have what we need for an intimate gig, ran from the stage. We generally expect the employer to furnish house P. A. at larger venues. We are a new band but have played in other bands together for years. We have only done five shows since reforming and have received great response. Repeat gigs waiting to book us as soon as we break in new drummer.
