Once upon a time a befuddled musician had an idea. A really crazy idea. Too crazy. Possibly stupid. But it wouldn’t stop pestering his mind...taunting him with endless possibilities. So to rid himself of this accursed concept he decided to spend some time thinking about it in a realistic light. The goal: to prove it was just a figment of his imagination and a distortion of reality.
One by one he hacked at the seemingly implausible limbs of the beast and each time he was dumbfounded by its potential validity. Try as he might he could not slay the idea. It was as real as he was. Instead of fading away it grew with each blow he landed and from humble beginnings it exploded to epic proportions.
But this concept was taking its toll on the musician. Such a burden of the mind. It was changing him. Traits he did not have before started to emerge. He started to see things differently. In fact he could swear he was starting to see things that weren’t really there. sh*t started to get weird. Then suddenly it all started to make sense. A lot of sense. He was not himself at all. He was someone else. He was me.
A little grin could be seen on his face as he flickered out of reality.
I live in a world almost exactly like this one. I fight the unseen shadows that feed on your creativity and drain you of your passions. I hope to free you and return you back to our world. The world you used to live in.

Influences
I should probably warn you that I’m British. In my defense I was born that way but it probably influences my tastes a lot. My interests in music listening are open, varied and shameless. Fortunately I don’t like most of the really shameful sh*t.
My writing tastes are equally varied. Chaotic may be a better word for it. Ok, ok...I just play random chords until something sounds good. The million monkeys approach. Ook.
I am here to be social with creative people.
I am also always looking for songwriters to collaborate with.
