I'm a self-taught drummer...therefore I'm not the greatest drummer EVER but I can hold my own. Pretty much I'm just looking for people to jam with as it's something I'm unfamiliar with...if we eventually form a 'real' band and play some local gigs before conquering the world...all the better.
I will say that when I play expert drums in Rock Band, I can play expert on songs like Flirtin' with Disaster and still get a 99%. That said however, there are some drum beats that someone who actually took lessons before would probably think are overly simple that I can't seem to pick up.

Influences
Actually have very eclectic tastes in music so it's kind of tough to list my influences...and since I never have had formal lessons it's not like I ever had a teacher telling me who the 'greats' of drumming were. That said however...Neil Peart is God.
EQUIPMENT
At the moment I have a standard drum kit...nothing fancy.
