We are a very tight 4 piece cover band based in South Orange NJ. We were a 6 piece with 2 guitar players and 2 keyboard players until recently. We recently lost a female vocalist/rhythm guitar player and a male vocalist/keyboardist. Looking to replace them with a single person who can trade off on keyboard and guitar, and ideally a vocalist with a high range.
We know that is a tall order. If you are good at 2 of the 3, please contact us.
Everyone in the band sings and we place a high value on great harmonies. We also want someone who has a day job and is not looking to make a living off of a band. We are all in our 40s or so, but age does not really matter, only outlook. We are good and want to find someone who shares our outlook. We want to rehearse about every 2 weeks and play gigs as much as possible, but for all of us it is more about the joy of playing and the passion of getting it right than about making money.
We do mostly covers but have a few originals that we like, and are happy to incorporate more originals if you have them. We're also open to any cover material you want to bring.

Everything needed. We have a rehearsal space that is no cost, with all of the PA gear we need to play gigs. We have amps as well, So just show up with your instruments and plug in.
